The role of distance learning in today’s reality cannot be overestimated, as the online format is the future of education. As the modern trends dictate, it is hard to find time for continuous professional development, while the competitive world poses new challenges that are hard to solve without up-to-date knowledge. It is no wonder that the 21st-century economy is declared to be science-intensive, that is based on knowledge.
Sarman Tuleubayev was born in 1988 in Pavlodar. He is a graduate of the Kazakh Humanities and Law University (currently KAZGUU University), with a major in Jurisprudence. He was a fellow of the Presidential Scholarship ‘Bolashak’, and earned an MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester, UK, 2017. He also holds a master’s degree in International Law and International Relations from KAZGUU University.
Mr. Tuleubayev has been awarded an honorary title ‘Kurmet KAZGUU’ for his contribution to the development of the University.
From 2009 to 2013, he served as an assistant to the Rector of KAZGUU University JSC; from 2013 to 2014 – the director of KAZGUU CONSULTING LTD. Since 2017 he has been an instructor on the MBA programme of KAZGUU Business School.
